Yes. Starter includes basic restricted fund visibility. Growth adds the full restriction lifecycle: terms, additions, releases, evidence links, alerts, and restricted rollforwards. Audit-Ready adds QuickBooks Online read-only accounting integrations, evidence package output for audit review, and the Auditor & Funder Portal for sharing grants, funds, and documents with external reviewers through a scoped, time-limited link. FASB ASC 958 double-entry fund accounting is also included, so donations and expenses post to the general ledger in the same system your team uses for donor and grant work.

GrantPipe offers two access paths for auditors. For outside reviewers without a GrantPipe account, Audit-Ready and Enterprise plans include the Auditor & Funder Portal: invite an external reviewer by email, choose which grants, funds, and documents they can see, and set an expiry date. They receive a time-limited secure link with no GrantPipe account required. Every document view and download is logged in the portal audit trail.

Active grant definition: for billing-cap purposes, a grant counts as active when its status is awarded, active, reporting, or renewal. Closed, archived, and deleted grants do not count toward plan caps.

Each plan includes 10-grant soft headroom before hard blocking. Grants above the included cap are tracked as pending overage at $10/active grant/month, so a temporary spike does not force an immediate plan change.

QuickBooks Online read-only accounting integrations are available on Audit-Ready and Enterprise, not Starter or Growth.
