I'm Angel Campa, Founder & Principal SDET of GrantPipe. GrantPipe is the system I wished existed after watching mid-sized nonprofits sink six-figure rollouts into Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge — then still end up tracking restricted funds in Excel.
Why this product exists
Nonprofits in the $500K–$10M budget band are squeezed. The legacy CRMs were designed for enterprise fundraising teams with in-house Salesforce admins. The "easy" tools drop the fund accounting depth required for FASB ASC 958 reporting. Grant compliance work falls into spreadsheets that no auditor trusts.
GrantPipe is a single product for donors, grants, restricted funds, and compliance reporting — designed so an Executive Director or Development Director can operate it without a consultant.
Perspective
My background is software quality engineering — Principal SDET, not nonprofit program work. I write on this site from the builder's perspective: why a workflow fails, what it costs when it does, and how the product behaves when real data hits it. I don't claim nonprofit sector tenure and I don't fabricate user counts or testimonials.
When this site evaluates competitors or cites numbers, the source or the assumption is stated inline. When GrantPipe hasn't shipped something yet, the pricing page and feature matrix say so.
